Last week I published a new piece of electronic music called Sublimation. It’s in the droney, ambient vein in which I’ve been working these days, but it’s somewhat denser and more complex than the earlier ones with lots of massed sine waves, including some interesting acoustic beating effects.

I’m very pleased to be able to say that Kyle Gann has decided to add Sublimation to the playlist for PostClassic Radio, his cool streaming Internet station. Since the piece itself benefited from Kyle’s scholarship, I am doubly grateful to him.
