Coriander-Mint Chutney

Total time: 10 minutes
1 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup fresh mint 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. seeded and finely chopped green chilis 1 tbsp. tamarind concentrate diluted in 2 tbsp. water ½ cup water 2 tsp. sugar In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until just combined. Serve fresh. from Serving the Guest: A Sufi Cookbook |
